The role requires Italian and English fluency, a professional hotel background, and a collaborative approach within a young, dynamic team at a premier Alpine venue.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in a comparable hotel.
• Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Resilience, tidiness and high quality awareness.
• Structured and organised working style.
• Team oriented with a passion for hosting guests.
• Willing to take responsibility and mentor others.
• Very good Italian and English; German is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Together with the entire service team, you will ensure our guests enjoy a wonderful culinary experience and a pleasant stay at our hotel restaurant, Crazy Pizza.

• Advising guests on their choice of à la carte dishes and drinks
• Selling and recommending fine wines and dishes
• Preparing dishes in front of guests and serving them professionally
• Welcoming and looking after guests
• Daily mise en place and back-of-house tasks
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Adhering to the hotel’s internal standards
• Cashier duties (Micros system)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of comprehensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Resilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality.
• Structured and organised way of working.
• Keen interest in team-oriented work.
• Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
• You enjoy taking responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your expertise to younger colleagues
• Very good Italian and English skills are a prerequisite. German language skills are an advantage
