Changify is seeking a Change Lead for a life sciences client in Switzerland. You will drive change enablement across operations, marketing and sales, aligning leaders around a common message and embedding agile ways of working.

You will perform impact analyses, coach leaders, deliver communications, mobilize a change network, and monitor adoption, readiness, and risks across sites, with a 12-month contract and hybrid work in Zurich.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience leading organisational change in complex transformations.
• Hands-on agile changes and product-led transitions across functions.
• Strong change strategies, impact assessments and stakeholder plans.
• Leadership coaching, communications materials, and learning readiness.
• Analytical use of data and readiness insights to shape interventions.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and align senior sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Complete an impact analysis to understand change effects on groups.
• Embed agile change practices within programme workstreams.
• Coach leaders on mindsets and behaviours for agile change.
• Scope and deliver communications across audiences and sites.
• Mobilise a change network to support capability and culture priorities.
