Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO/Programme governance roles.
• Experience supporting large, multi-workstream programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, reporting structures, and decision processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support steering committees, governance meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Consolidate programme status reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Maintain integrated programme plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Manage RAID logs and support mitigation planning.
• Track decisions, actions, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams with PMs and leads.
• Prepare executive briefings and programme-wide communications.
• Support budget monitoring, expenditure reporting, and resource planning.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding records and resource tracking.
• Manage programme documentation and reporting templates.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Identify delivery risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate.
