Job summary

Panda International in Switzerland is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to design, establish, and implement a scalable PMO operating model, governance framework, and portfolio controls to support growth and delivery excellence. The role combines hands-on leadership with the creation of core processes, templates, and reporting structures across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience establishing, designing, and implementing a PMO operating model and governance framework.
• Defining PMO structures, capabilities, roles, responsibilities, and governance interfaces.
• Developing PMO methodologies, standards, templates, controls, and standardised Ways of Working.
• Strong portfolio and programme management capabilities, including portfolio planning, prioritisation, stage-gate processes, and governance.
• Developing integrated planning methodologies and master scheduling frameworks.
• Implementing project controls, including RAID, change control, financial control, and performance reporting.
• Establishing portfolio KPIs, performance metrics, forecasting frameworks, and management review processes.
• Creating executive dashboards and portfolio performance measurement frameworks.
• Defining reporting architecture, data governance models, and reliable management information systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities ensuring reporting consistency, transparency, and data quality.
• Assessing organisational maturity, identifying capability gaps, and developing phased PMO roadmaps.
• Aligning portfolio governance with strategic and operational priorities.
• Facilitating governance reviews and portfolio decision-making forums.
• Providing visibility of portfolio priorities, risks, resources, dependencies, and constraints.
• Stakeholder management across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
• Data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PMO operating model and governance framework.
• Define PMO structures, roles, and governance interfaces.
• Develop standard PMO methodologies, templates, and controls.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, and stage-gate governance.
• Create integrated planning and master scheduling approaches.
• Establish project controls and performance reporting.
• Develop portfolio KPIs and forecasting processes.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting standards.
• Define data governance and MI systems for portfolio care.
• Ensure data quality and reporting consistency.
• Assess maturity and implement phased PMO roadmaps.
• Align governance with strategic priorities.
• Facilitate governance reviews and decision forums.
• Provide visibility into priorities, risks, and resources.
