Job summary

Swissquote, a leading Swiss online bank, seeks a Fraud Officer for its Middle Office – Anti-Fraud & Financial Crime Center. You will handle dispute resolution, investigate alerts, and ensure compliance across Visa/MasterCard platforms while communicating in English and French.

With 3+ years in banking operations, you will analyze cases, maintain investigation records, and help enhance fraud strategies in a fast-paced, multicultural environment at Swissquote in Vaud.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations.
• Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Capability to think out of the box.
• Able to work within a team.
• Able to manage stress and work with high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal customer support to resolve dispute requests.
• Process dispute related transactions in Visa/MasterCard platforms.
• Review card transaction monitoring alerts to flag or identify suspicious activity.
• Investigate and take action on alerts and reporting to ensure compliance.
• Resolve issues on behalf of card holders in support of dispute resolution processing.
• Respond to requests in relation to transactions.
• Maintain all investigation records and case outcomes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant card scheme rules and regulations.
• Explore new ways to improve existing fraud strategies.
• Continuously learn and improve on product knowledge.
