DSJ Global is seeking a Business Implementation Manager to lead the rollout of digital freight and supply chain solutions across global operations from Zurich. You will bridge business, technology and customers to ensure new processes and operating models are integrated into daily logistics activities, focusing on transformation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in ocean freight, supply chain, logistics technology, or SaaS implementation.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and process improvement.
• Proven stakeholder management and implementation/project delivery experience.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
