Job summary

JT International AG Dagmersellen seeks a Building & Utilities Cell Lead to govern safe, reliable and cost-effective operations, maintenance, performance, resources and risks. You will drive improvements and mentor a team in alignment with site objectives.

Requirements include HF/FH or Engineering degree, 3–5 years in maintenance/production with leadership, and strong SAP/Excel/Power BI proficiency. Leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• HF/FH level or engineering/facility management degree required.
• 3–5 years in maintenance, utilities, engineering or production, with team leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building and Utilities area performance and governance.
• Oversee maintenance governance, safety and compliance.
• Drive IWS/continuous improvement and capability building.
• Plan, collaborate and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee projects, audits and site visits.
