Jobup is seeking an Utilities / Steam Service Manager to define and lead the operating strategy for production and distribution facilities in the Monthey industrial park. Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in energy engineering, thermal engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing energy facilities, steam production, or industrial utilities.
• Experience leading technical and operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of energy networks and thermal installations.
• Excellent French; German and/or English knowledge is a plus.

• Define and lead the operating strategy for utilities facilities ensuring safety, availability and performance.
• Guarantee continuity of steam and other utilities supply and quality of services to site partners.
• Manage network operations coordinating internal production, external suppliers, and user needs.
• Oversee Reserve Power Plant programme and ensure compliance with OFEN and Swissgrid commitments.
• Monitor technical, energy, environmental, and economic performance using relevant indicators; manage costs and budgeting.
