Job summary

JT International AG Dagmersellen seeks a hands-on Building & Utilities Cell Lead to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of site infrastructure and building services. You will drive performance, coach teams, and oversee maintenance governance across the facility.

The role requires leading continuous improvement, compliance with ISO and health & safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

HF/FH or engineering degree required.
Experience with building & utilities systems and maintenance governance.
Prior people leadership experience is mandatory.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead Building & Utilities area to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of site infrastructure and services.
Drive performance using KPI management, routines, prioritization, and improvement initiatives.
Govern maintenance activities: preventive/corrective maintenance, contractor management, budgeting.
Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, quality, energy, and ISO standards.
