You will leverage your network with transformer manufacturers, utilities, EPCs and industrial customers to expand our presence while coordinating with Swiss and Swedish factories.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or similar customer-facing roles in energy/industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian power market and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and driving growth in Brazil.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

• Develop and grow business opportunities for High Voltage Bushings and On-Load Tap-Changers in Brazil.
• Build and strengthen relationships with transformer manufacturers, utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to support long-term growth.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and tender teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Prepare and review proposals based on customer requirements and market expectations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting.
• Ensure smooth handover of secured orders to project teams.
