Zusammenfassung

On is seeking an analytical engine and financial architect for our Happiness Delivery (HD) BPO operations. You will own the end-to-end PO2PAY process, ensure data accuracy, and translate financial data into actionable strategy to improve cost and customer experience.

You will develop executive-level monthly reports, drive continuous improvement, and manage integration projects with vendor partners to support growth and scale our service footprint.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on operations leadership in BPO or similar environment.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end PO2PAY process: PO creation, vendor invoices, payments, and accounting liaison.
• Ensure data accuracy in BPO financial reporting and compare costs to budget and forecasts.
• Track core BPO metrics (Cost per hour, per interaction, per satisfied customer, per resolution) and produce executive monthly reports.
• Identify opportunities within BPO operations and drive end-to-end improvement initiatives.
• Support scaling by managing end-to-end integration projects when expanding service lines.
