Zusammenfassung

Computer Futures seeks an experienced Lead Inbound Data Flow SAP Group Reporting as part of a Finance Transformation Programme focused on implementing SAP Group Reporting Public Cloud. You will design and govern end-to-end financial data flows from source systems into SAP Group Reporting to support accurate consolidation and group reporting.

The role requires expertise in SAP Group Reporting, ETL/ELT, data mapping and governance, and strong stakeholder management to drive a global implementation

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP ECCS and/or SAP SEM-BCS.
• Strong knowledge of Group Accounting and Financial Consolidation.
• Experience designing inbound finance data flows and integration architectures.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Understanding of SAP finance data structures including COA, ledgers, financial statement items, and consolidation dimensions.
• Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Define target-state architecture for inbound financial data flows into SAP Group Reporting.
• Lead integration of financial data from local ledgers, ERP systems, and sub-systems into the consolidation platform.
• Coordinate ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure solutions support IFRS, local GAAP, management reporting, and consolidation requirements.
• Drive data quality improvements and resolve data inconsistencies across Finance and IT teams.
• Define and document standardized inbound data processes and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Group Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead the inbound data workstream within the wider SAP Group Reporting programme.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, testing activities, and defect resolution processes.
• Support change management, training, transition to BAU, and project documentation.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Inbound Data Flow SAP Group Reporting to join a strategic Finance Transformation Programme focused on implementing SAP Group Reporting Public Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, governing, and implementing end-to-end financial data flows from source systems into SAP Group Reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled data for financial consolidation and group reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design the target-state architecture for inbound financial data flows into SAP Group Reporting.
• Lead the integration of financial data from local ledgers, ERP systems, and sub-systems into the consolidation platform.
• Coordinate and oversee ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure solutions support IFRS, local GAAP, management reporting, and financial consolidation requirements.
• Drive data quality improvements and resolve data inconsistencies, gaps, and timing issues across Finance and IT teams.
• Define and document standardised inbound data processes and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Group Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Lead the inbound data workstream within the wider SAP Group Reporting programme.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, testing activities, and defect resolution processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP ECCS, and/or SAP SEM-BCS.
• Strong knowledge of Group Accounting and Financial Consolidation
• Experience designing and implementing inbound finance data flows and integration architectures.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Understanding of SAP finance data structures including:
  • Charts of Accounts
  • Ledgers
  • Financial Statement Items
  • Consolidation Dimensions
• Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP Public Cloud.
• Experience within Insurance or Financial Services organisations.
• Experience working on large-scale global Finance Transformation programmes.
