Job summary

Spacewise in Zurich is seeking an enthusiastic intern for our Business Development & Customer Success team. You will support CEO and Sales on Swiss and international initiatives, onboard clients, grow platform adoption, and assist with day-to-day CS activities.

You’ll develop market insights, prepare presentations for the Board, and gain exposure to marketing, product, and sales operations in a fast-paced proptech startup. Fluency in German and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in online sector preferred.
• German native with English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO and Sales on new business initiatives across Switzerland and abroad.
• Onboard new clients, drive platform adoption, identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide high-quality customer support and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with Business Development, Account Management, and day-to-day Customer Success tasks.
• Contribute to strategic projects and refine internal processes.
• Prepare presentations and data-driven reports for the Board and partners.
• Conduct market research on Retail and Real Estate to support pitches.
