Zusammenfassung

LHH is assisting a leading global biotechnology client in the Lucerne area to hire a Production Operator II (m/f/d) for a state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing facility in Schachen.

In this hands-on role, you will support Weigh & Dispense, Solution Supply, USP and DSP operations in GMP cleanrooms, perform sampling, equipment setup, documentation, and ensure compliant production.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or scientific vocational training (Biotechnology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technician, Chemical Operator or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of GMP manufacturing experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong GDP and ALCOA+ understanding.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine operator activities in Weigh & Dispense and Solution Supply.
• Support USP and DSP manufacturing activities.
• Execute sampling per approved plans, SOPs and batch records.
