Zusammenfassung

CK QLS is seeking a Junior Production Operator to join a global Biopharmaceutical company in Lucerne on a 12-month contract. You will be part of the Biologics Manufacturing Science and Operations department, Drug Substance Bioprocess.

Key duties include equipment handling on the shop floor, GMP-compliant documentation, batch review, and coordinating daily work with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 1 year in pharma/biotech, GMP familiarity, and strong German and English

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of work experience in pharma/biotech or equivalent apprenticeship/education
• Familiarity with GMP Manufacturing processes
• Good communication skills in German and English (Verbal and Written)

Aufgaben

• Support cross-functional team in running of equipment during manufacturing: Component preparation, equipment setup, sampling, material management, and other shop floor tasks
• Maintain Equipment GMP Status: Routine monitoring, calibration, maintenance, and equipment certifications
• Reviewing and completing batch documentation to support production activities
• Reviewing / familiarization of area SOPs
• Supports coordination of daily work schedules and effectively organizes with respective support groups
• Inventory and order management
