LHH is seeking a Process Engineer (Associate Specialist Downstream Operations) in the Lucerne area for a 12-month, onsite assignment at a leading biotech facility. The role focuses on purification, GMP manufacturing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical-stage therapies.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant science degree with 1–2 years of biotech/pharma experience, strong GMP know-how, and proficiency in German and English. On-site work and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2+).

Aufgaben

• Support downstream manufacturing processes under GMP.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and EHS standards.
• Assist process improvements and tech transfers.
• Prepare SOPs and batch records.
• Assist with SAP material management and production documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
