Zusammenfassung

Randstad Switzerland is seeking a Production Operator for an international pharmaceutical company in Lucerne. You will join the Biologics Manufacturing Science and Operations team and support Drug Substance Bioprocess on a 1-year term, onsite only.

The role requires 1 year in pharma/biotech, familiarity with GMP processes, and strong German and English communication skills. The position involves equipment handling, batch documentation, SOP conformance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Operate manufacturing equipment: setup, sampling, material handling and other shop-floor tasks
• Maintain Equipment GMP status: calibration, maintenance, and certifications
• Review and complete batch documentation to support production
• Familiarize with area SOPs and ensure compliance
• Coordinate daily work schedules with respective support groups
• Manage inventory and orders
• Perform housekeeping and set up clean work areas

For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company based in canton Lucerne, we are seeking a Production Operator.

In this role you will join the Biologics Manufacturing Science and Operations department and support Drug Substance Bioprocess.

General Information:

• Duration: 1 year
• Extension: possible
• Contract type: temporary contract via Randstad (employment)
• Home office: not possible, 100% onsite

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional team in running of equipment during manufacturing: Component preparation, equipment setup, sampling, material management, and other shop floor tasks
• Maintain Equipment GMP Status: Routine monitoring, calibration, maintenance, certifications of equipment
• Reviewing and completing batch documentation to support production activities
• Reviewing / familiarization of area SOPs
• Supporting coordination of daily work schedules and effectively organizes with respective support groups
• Inventory and order management
• Housekeeping activities

Your Profile:

• At least 1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or equivalent apprenticeship/education
• Familiarity with GMP Manufacturing processes
• Good communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
