Zusammenfassung

Lonza, Visp, seeks an Operations Planner (m/f/d) to manage comprehensive shop floor scheduling for Manufacturing Complex 2 in a GMP biopharma setting. You will coordinate capacity, materials, and cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.

Key duties include owning SPS and MPS, developing detailed production and maintenance plans, and driving improvements in planning accuracy through system optimization. Fluent English; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or biotechnology.
• GMP production experience in a biologics environment is advantageous.
• Business English; German is a plus.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP/MRP and MES systems (Syncade).

Aufgaben

• Oversee operations planning (shop floor scheduling) for Manufacturing Complex 2.
• Develop integrated plan to coordinate all operational activities and capacity.
• Coordinate procurement, production, quality, maintenance and engineering.
• Own the Summary Production Schedule (SPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Develop detailed plans for production and maintenance planning.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Improve planning accuracy via process and system optimizations.
• Maintain scheduling tool/system and provide training/compliance.
• Develop planning strategy for Manufacturing Complex 2 Operations.
