This role focuses on managing the Employee Specimen Donation Program (ESDP), designing campaigns to promote donation, and handling end-to-end biorepository activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Life Sciences degree (BSc or MSc) with related experience in sample acquisition or biobanking.
• Experience with LIMS or other validated systems.
• Knowledge of ethics, consent, and data privacy (GDPR/HRA).
• Ability to lift 10–15 kg and work autonomously.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Employee Specimen Donation Program end‑to‑end to source samples.
• Design and run an advertising campaign to promote the donation program.
• Manage biospecimen processing, registration, shipment, returns and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and traceability standards.
• Coordinate data management and maintain validated databases/LIMS.
