Swisslinx seeks a Biospecimen Specialist in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, to manage end-to-end biorepository activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. The role supports BAM across Europe and North America, with a focus on accurate sample data and timely deliverables.

You will work in Rotkreuz on a 12-month contract (extendable), starting ASAP with 100% workload and a 40-hour workweek, collaborating with local safety and biorepository teams to meet project goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences with 1–3 years in sample acquisition or biobanking.
• Experience handling biological specimens and willingness to work with potentially infectious materials.
• Experience with LIMS or other validated systems.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• English minimum B2 level.

Aufgaben

• Manage and perform biological material processing, registration, shipment, returns, verification and inventory searches in a validated environment.
• Take accountability for end-to-end project management and biorepository activities to fulfil customer specimen requests.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies and import/export teams to comply with permit requirements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accurate sample and data sets in BAM processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate work and adapt to changing priorities across projects.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and goals.
• Maintain LIMS data in compliance with GxP standards.
