Swisslinx is seeking a Biospecimen Specialist to manage biospecimens and related data for the Employee Specimen Donation Program (ESDP) in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. The role focuses on compliant sourcing, data handling, and end-to-end biorepository activities within a validated environment.

The candidate will design an advertising campaign, coordinate with regulatory and safety teams, and ensure timely, accurate specimen delivery to meet project goals.

Qualifikationen

• Lead and execute the Employee Specimen Donation Program (ESDP) to ensure compliant sample sourcing.
• Design and implement an advertising campaign to promote the donation program to internal employees.
• Manage biological material processing, registration, shipment, returns, verification, and inventory in a validated environment.

Aufgaben

• Create and manage end-to-end projects for biorepository activities to fulfill specimen requests.
• Collaborate with permitting agencies, import/export teams and safety/biorepository groups on permits.
• Perform data management, data reviews, quality checks, and data exports in validated databases/LIMS.
• Enter information accurately into validated databases per established formats.
• Maintain study information and sample collection data according to BAM procedures.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to set timelines and meet goals.
