Zusammenfassung

Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz seeks a Biospecimen Specialist to manage biospecimens and related data within a validated environment, supporting the Employee Specimen Donation Program and biorepository activities. You will autonomously coordinate sample collection, ensure data accuracy, and uphold regulatory standards across processes.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree with 1–3 years in biobanking or sample management, experience with LIMS, and solid knowledge of GDPR/HRA.

Qualifikationen

• Life science degree and/or Master’s with relevant experience in sample acquisition, data management, biobanking.
• Knowledge of ethics, consent, IRB protocols, and GDPR/HRA in human specimens.
• Experience handling biological specimens and validated systems (LIMS) in a compliant environment.
• Willingness to work with potentially infectious material and lift 10–15 kg.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Employee Specimen Donation Program to source samples compliantly.
• Design and execute advertising campaigns to promote the donation program internally.
• Control end-to-end biobank processes: processing, registration, shipping, retrieval, and inventory searches.
• Ensure regulatory and ethical documentation is maintained and compliant.
