Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx AG is seeking a Biospecimen Specialist in Rotkreuz to manage end-to-end biorepository activities and fulfill customer specimen requests in a validated environment. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards and BAM processes, while coordinating with permitting agencies and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences degree (BSc or MSc) with 1–3 years in sample-related roles, and strong IT skills with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sample acquisition, data management or biobanking.
• Experience with LIMS or other validated systems is a plus.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Willingness to handle potentially infectious biological material and to follow detailed standard procedures.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end biorepository activities to fulfil customer specimen requests.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, quality standards and BAM processes.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies, import/export teams and local safety/biorepository teams.
• Maintain accuracy, quality and timeliness of work within projects.
