Job summary

SKAN in Allschwil (Basel-Landschaft) is recruiting for its production team. You will manufacture biological indicators, document every step, and ensure GMP-compliant processes in a structured environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in GMP manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and German/English language skills. Prior microbiological experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in GMP-regulated environments.
Knowledge of GMP requirements and documentation-related activities.
Experience in microbiological or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
Good German and English language skills (B2 level).
Completed training or education in a technical, scientific, or manufacturing-related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manufacture biological indicators with complete documentation per ISO and GMP.
Independently perform production steps from prep to finished product.
Prepare and provide packaging and production materials.
Perform secondary packaging activities.
Document all steps accurately and traceably per GMP.
Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety requirements throughout production.
Maintain a GMP-compliant, clean work environment.
Support general activities to sustain a structured, efficient production process.
