Job summary

SKAN AG in Allschwil, Switzerland, is seeking a dedicated production specialist to manufacture biological indicators following ISO and GMP standards. You will perform setup, execution, and finishing steps with careful documentation and packaging material handling.

You will maintain GMP-compliant environments, adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, and contribute to a stable production process through teamwork and precise, repetitive work with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or production, GMP-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation and compliance is a plus.
• Good German and English language skills (B2).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture biological indicators with complete documentation per ISO and GMP.
• Independently perform production steps from preparation to finished product.
• Prepare and provide packaging and production materials.
• Perform secondary packaging activities.
• Maintain accurate, traceable GMP documentation of all steps.
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety requirements throughout production.
• Keep a clean, GMP-compliant work environment.
• Support activities that maintain a structured and efficient production process.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manufacture biological indicators, including complete documentation of all work steps in accordance with ISO and GMP requirements
• Independently and carefully perform individual production steps, from preparation through completion of the finished product
• Prepare and provide the required packaging and production materials
• Perform secondary packaging activities
• Complete accurate, traceable, and comprehensive documentation of all work steps in accordance with GMP requirements
• Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety requirements throughout the entire production process
• Maintain a clean and GMP-compliant work environment
• Support general activities that help maintain a structured and efficient production process

Hardskills

• Completed training or education in a technical, scientific, or manufacturing-related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or another GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and experience with documentation-related activities is a plus
• Experience in a microbiological or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
• Good German and English language skills (B2 level)
