SKAN in Allschwil (Basel-Landschaft) is recruiting for its production team. You will manufacture biological indicators, document every step, and ensure GMP-compliant processes in a structured environment.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in GMP manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and German/English language skills. Prior microbiological experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.
Founded in 1968, SKAN is a pioneer in cleanroom equipment and the development of isolators for the pharmaceutical industry. Innovative products, tailor-made solutions and an effective service organization have made SKAN a market leader and a key partner to industry and research laboratories.
The SKAN Laboratory specializes in the production and testing of biological indicators (BIs) and is an important partner for microbiological qualification processes. As part of our six-person laboratory production team, you will work closely with your colleagues to reliably manufacture our internationally recognized biological indicators.
This position is highly production-focused and involves clearly defined, repetitive work steps carried out in accordance with our quality and GMP requirements. Attention to detail, concentration, and a reliable approach to work are essential. Some tasks are routine and physically demanding. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured and consistent manner and who can maintain the required level of accuracy and attention even when performing repetitive tasks.
You will work closely with your colleagues and directly contribute to the quality of our products through your careful and dependable work. Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a laboratory environment is an advantage. However, we place particular importance on your willingness to learn our production processes, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to remain calm and dependable in your day-to-day work.
