Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in proposal management or related areas.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional French or Italian is a plus.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and pursuit processes for Audit and Assurance engagements from planning to delivery.
• Shape client-focused content in German and English, including proposals, decks, videos, and scripts.
• Collaborate with audit teams, sales coaches, designers, and subject matter experts.
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and client experience.
• Research clients and markets to tailor proposals and differentiate PwC.
• Review materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
