Job summary

You will lead end-to-end proposal and pursuit processes for Audit engagements, crafting compelling client materials in German and English and collaborating with audit teams, subject matter experts, and designers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in proposal management or proposal writing.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex offerings into clear value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and pursuit processes for Audit and Assurance engagements, from planning to final delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Shape compelling, client-focused content in German and English, including proposals, decks, and scripts.
• Enable collaboration with audit teams, subject matter experts, sales coaches, and designers to translate offerings into value propositions.
• Apply AI tools and digital solutions to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Research clients, industries and market trends to tailor proposals and differentiate PwC.
• Review and refine proposal materials to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and new ideas across pursuits.
