You will craft compelling German and English content across proposals, decks, and scripts, and collaborate with audit teams, coaches and designers to deliver client-centric value propositions.

With 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, you will shape materials, leverage AI tools, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, hybrid Swiss environment.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in proposal management or bid management within services
• Fluency in German and English, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management with ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
• Client-centric, collaborative mindset with ability to engage senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and quality orientation
• Solid PowerPoint skills and interest in digital tools and AI-enabled workflows (Copilot/ChatGPT)
