Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, bid management or proposal writing.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and pursuit processes for Audit and Assurance engagements.
• Shape compelling, client-focused content in German and English, including written proposals and decks.
• Collaborate with audit teams, SMEs, sales coaches, transformation specialists and designers.
• Apply AI tools and digital solutions to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Review and refine proposal materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with PwC policies.
