Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in internal or corporate communications, ideally in finance.
• Degree in Communications or related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Office, intranet CMS, survey tools and project management software.
• Sound judgement, discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Analytical mindset to measure engagement and effectiveness.
• Proactive, collaborative and service‑oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Support the Internal Communications Manager in developing and executing the internal communications plan and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, proofread and publish internal news and campaigns in English and French.
• Prepare and send the daily internal newsletter with accuracy and consistency.
• Act as back‑up for internal communications when required.
• Maintain and update the intranet with editorial content and resources.
• Draft internal surveys and help analyze results to improve engagement.
• Contribute to the internal magazine and coordinate with contributors and design teams.
• Support preparation of materials for events, townhalls and campaigns.
• Monitor channels to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with tone of voice.
