Thoughtworks Schweiz seeks a principal data strategist to lead advisory and delivery on data strategy and governance for client engagements. You will build senior teams, set vision, and guide data-driven transformations across industries.

The role emphasizes leadership over headcount, deep data and AI ecosystem expertise, and the ability to translate business goals into data solutions. Regular travel to client sites may be required, and German B2/C1 strongly preferred.
