Kellerhals Carrard in Zürich seeks a senior Business Development professional to lead a new central BD role, shaping data-driven growth and modernizing the firm's BD system.

You will work with partners to develop scalable processes, support pitches and client development initiatives, establish reporting and analytics, and promote CRM usage. Regular assignments at our Swiss locations.

Qualifikationen

• Several years (≥5) of BD experience in professional services, preferably law or consulting.
• Proven ability to sell advisory and knowledge-based services.

Your mission

Would you like not only to support Business Development, but to actively shape it? We offer you the opportunity to take on a central and strategically important role at Kellerhals Carrard. In this newly created key role, you will take Business Development at Kellerhals Carrard to the next level. Together with our partners, you will develop a modern, data-driven business development system. You will create structures, processes and decision-making foundations that enable sustainable growth and further strengthen our market position.

• You develop, implement and optimise scalable business development processes for the entire firm.
• You support and advise our partners on pitches, proposals, client acquisition and client development initiatives.
• You establish and further develop reporting and analytics structures to make business development activities transparent and support well-founded decisions.
• You analyse data, identify patterns and derive concrete recommendations for action as well as growth opportunities.
• You work closely with Partners, top management and internal stakeholders across all locations.
• You promote the use of our CRM system and help ensure that data can be used optimally as a strategic basis for decision-making.
• You support the development and implementation of business development strategies at firm and practice group level.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience, at least five years, in business development within professional services companies, ideally in a law firm, consulting firm or audit firm.
• You are very familiar with selling advisory and knowledge-based services.
• Building and further developing processes, systems and business development structures is one of your strengths.
• You naturally use data, KPIs and reports as a basis for sound decisions.
• You are confident using Excel; ideally, you also have experience with BI solutions and CRM systems.
• You enjoy engaging with partners and other stakeholders at different levels.
• You work independently, in a structured way and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have excellent German and English skills; French and Italian are an advantage.
• You enjoy regular assignments at our locations in Switzerland.
