Zusammenfassung

Stracon Services AG in Basel-City seeks an experienced supply chain professional to own and optimize the end-to-end supply plan for external assets and products. You will coordinate with CMOs and internal sites to ensure on-time, compliant delivery and strong collaboration across the network.

You will manage inventory, drive ERP planning with S/4HANA, and work with strategy, finance, and operations to strengthen supply chain performance. Immediate start required.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree or higher in Supply Chain or Science.
• APICS certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
• 3–5 years of supply chain experience with exposure to planning.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

• Act as Supply Chain partner for Contract Manufacturing Organizations maintaining productive relations.
• Perform order fulfillment lifecycle from intermediates to drug products.
• Ensure on-time, quality delivery in a compliant manner.
• Intermediary between production sites, CMOs and global partners to boost collaboration.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Own an executable zero to three years supply plan enabling production and scheduling of the assigned external asset(s) and/or product(s).
• Manage inventory within the assigned internal and external manufacturing network to effectively ensure supply, avoid obsolescence and proactive inventory allowance.
• Act as the Supply Chain partner for the Contract Manufacturing Organizations maintaining a robust, productive and constructive relation.
• Perform the order fulfillment lifecycle from intermediates to drug products.
• Ensure products are delivered in quality, on time and in a compliant way
• Act as intermediary between production sites, Contract Manufacturing Organizations and global partners to enhance collaboration and partnerships.

Must Haves:

• BS degree in Supply Chain or Science and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) (*****)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in supply chain (*****)
• Experience with ERP (S4Hana) and supply chain planning systems (***)
• Strategy, finance and business acumen training are strong plus (***)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
