Zusammenfassung

The Network Supply Manager at ITech Consult AG will own the supply plan for external assets and products, coordinating production and scheduling across the external manufacturing network. You will oversee inventory, avoid obsolescence, and ensure timely, compliant delivery in a globally distributed network.

You will collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Organizations, manage end-to-end order fulfillment, and act as the supply chain partner to improve cross-functional performance.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Supply Chain or Science and/or APICS certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years work experience in supply chain.
• Experience with ERP (S4Hana) and supply chain planning systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Background:

The Global Supply Chain Operations Organization seamlessly connects markets to the global manufacturing network by centrally managing supply, inventory and replenishment planning for drug products and drug substances. We orchestrate the value streams between sites and affiliates by balancing the demand and supply equations across markets, products, manufacturing assets and inventory points. We ensure right first-time order fulfillment and delivery of drug products everywhere and anytime in the global network.

The Network Supply Manager owns the supply plan for up to three years for externally manufactured DS (Drug Substance) and DP (Drug Product) and ensures the supply of commercial DS and DP within the entire network.

This includes management of inventory across different nodes within the internal and external manufacturing network and enablement of on-time in-full order fulfillment and supply of products and required documents worldwide. The Network Supply Manager represents

Supply Chain in Joint Management Team (JMT) meetings with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) and supports performance review and root cause analysis. Moreover the Network Supply Manager defines improvements to ensure a reliable supply, meeting or exceeding performance targets and network requirements.

The Perfect Candidate:

Brings 3-5 years of supply chain experience, holds a degree in Supply Chain/Science or an APICS certification, and is proficient in ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA. They possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and fluent English communication skills. As a proactive team player and natural orchestrator, they excel at managing complex cross-functional relationships.
