Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions.
• Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Identifying and winning new customers and projects in Switzerland and Germany.
• Building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation.
