Zusammenfassung

Zentiva is seeking a Sales Representative for Central Switzerland & Ticino to build and sustain relationships with SD Groups, pharmacies, and physicians. You will drive commercial success by expanding access to affordable healthcare across Switzerland, while delivering on defined sales targets and profitability.

You will manage partnerships, implement training, and represent Zentiva at national events, with autonomy to shape a region with significant growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level with ability to engage confidently with physicians, pharmacy owners, and stakeholders.
• Proven success in Swiss field sales within pharmaceuticals, generics, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience acquiring, retaining, and growing customer accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of sales performance, profitability, and customer value.
• Excellent CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Aufgaben

• Develop partnerships with SD Groups, pharmacies, networks & associations aligned with strategy and commercial policy.
• Manage operational implementation of partnerships up to the final customer.
• Monitor group, network & association performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with SD-GPs and specialists in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino region.
• Ensure sales growth, profitability, and coordination with partners and team.
• Achieve defined sales targets and review profitability.
• Organize and deliver training courses for customers.
• Represent Zentiva at national congresses.
• Position Zentiva portfolio including new product launches.
• Implement sales and customer experience excellence.
• Create and execute territory plan and report bi-weekly in CRM.
• Monitor region performance and field activity.
