Autonomous Territory Sales Lead – Swiss Pharma

Zusammenfassung

Zentiva is recruiting a Sales Representative for Central Switzerland & Ticino to grow partnerships with pharmacies, SD groups, and physicians. You will drive revenue, manage territory plans, and ensure customer experience excellence across the German-speaking Swiss regions and Ticino.

In this role, you will visit pharmacies and self-dispensing practices, coordinate with HQ strategy, and report bi-weekly using the CRM system to support EBITDA objectives and territory development.

Qualifikationen

• Business-fluent German (C1/C2) with the ability to engage confidently with physicians and pharmacists.
• Proven success in Swiss field sales within pharmaceuticals, generics, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience acquiring, retaining, and growing customer accounts.

Aufgaben

• Develop partnerships with SD Groups, pharmacies, networks, and associations aligned with strategy.
• Implement partnerships operationally up to the final customer and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with SD-GPs and specialists in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
