ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. As a Solutions Engineer, you will scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers, collaborating across sales and product teams to architect solutions and deliver compelling technical demos.

You’ll create self-service tools and documentation, enable the sales team with deep technical fluency, and help productize common integration patterns.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to audiences.
• Experience working with customers, including technical problem solving at scale.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the sales process technically.
• Work with customer contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
• Create enablement resources that amplify the sales team's technical fluency.

• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and partner with product teams.
