PromptPartner is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and build advanced n8n workflows that automate business processes across departments. You will integrate AI, connect diverse systems via APIs and webhooks, and develop robust error handling and monitoring.

You will also create reusable templates, document work for easy maintenance, and work directly with clients to tailor solutions. Remote-friendly across Europe, with base compensation and performance bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Design and build complex n8n workflows that automate entire business processes
• Integrate AI into workflows — LLMs for processing, decision-making, and content generation
• Connect any system to any system — CRMs, ERPs, databases, APIs, custom apps
• Build error handling and monitoring that catches problems before clients notice
• Create reusable workflow templates that we can deploy across multiple clients
• Document everything so others can maintain and extend your work
• Work directly with clients to understand their processes and deliver solutions
