Join a remote-first team across Europe, working with AWS, GCP, and European hosting options, and use GitHub Actions/GitLab CI to automate and monitor systems. Equity is included from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Linux expertise and systems thinking.
• Experience debugging production issues and reading logs.
• Experience building infrastructure from scratch and automation.
• Understanding networking, security, and incident handling.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks and document work.

• Set up and manage servers, containers, and deployment pipelines
• Ensure security and compliance — especially GDPR and Swiss data requirements
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Automate everything — because the best shell script is the one that writes itself
• Document systems so others can understand and maintain them
• OS: Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky, Alma, Debian, Redhat Enterprise)
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, or European alternatives (Hetzner, OVH)
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, logging stacks
• Security: Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, secrets management
