Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management required.
• More than three years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Excellent leadership and guest-service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Lead operation of the Restaurants within brand standards.
• Enforce all policies, procedures and best practices rigorously.
• Support the F&B Manager and rejuvenate room service/culinary experience.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations and Front Office to meet guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and wine list and recommend wines without a sommelier.
• Uphold safety, security and hygiene standards across the department.
• Interact with guests and hosts professionally and seek feedback.
