Aufgaben

• Lead the operation of the Restaurants to deliver exceptional products and services within brand standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and best practices across the restaurant team.
• Support the F&B Manager and drive rejuvenation of the room service/culinary experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wine lists, outlets, and facilities across the property.
• Interact with guests and hosts professionally to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines, safety, and sustainability practices and manage stock, purchasing and budgets as required.
• Travel and schedule flexibility to meet business needs and seasonality.
