Zusammenfassung

albedis is seeking an analytical and technology-oriented professional in Basel to join its Management Company risk team. The role focuses on risk oversight, internal controls, fund governance and process automation within a regulated asset management environment.

You will work with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Operations and Fund Management to strengthen controls, improve data quality and deliver automated reporting for senior management and governance bodies.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in finance or related field with strong quantitative skills.
• Several years of professional asset management experience.
• Experience in risk management, internal controls, or audit within asset management.
• CFA/FRM or comparable risk certifications are a plus.
• Swiss/Luxembourg fund knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and automation interest.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and enhance ICS within a regulated asset management environment.
• Monitor key controls across fund and management company processes.
• Support RCSA and remediation tracking, including follow-ups.
• Monitor KRIs and assist oversight of operational and business risks.
• Prepare risk and management reports for senior management and committees.
• Develop automated controls, monitoring tools and reporting processes.
• Support BCM activities and incident management.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Fund Management and other teams.
