Zusammenfassung

Finders SA is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor in Basel to independently lead end-to-end audits across banking activities, with potential specialization in Operations, Risk, Banking Products, Portfolio Management, Credit, Payments, Treasury or Trading.

You will work with senior stakeholders, plan, execute and report audits, delivering practical recommendations to strengthen governance and risk management, with international travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years' experience in banking internal audit or external audit (Big Four or similar).
• Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or Business or equivalent banking qualification.
• Professional qualification such as CIA or CPA.
• Experience in Operations, Risk, Banking Products, Portfolio Management, Credit, Payments, Treasury or Trading.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution and reporting of end-to-end internal audits across banking activities.
• Prepare clear audit reports for senior management and governance committees.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders; monitor implementation of audit actions.
• Participate in investigations, thematic reviews and strategic audit projects.
• Contribute to the development of audit methodology and function.
