You will lead platform adoption, train bench scientists, and ensure data trails are complete and FAIR. The role combines biology with data engineering to accelerate assays and reduce bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or master's in computational biology or related field with strong computational focus.
• Experience with cellular/biochemical/biophysical systems and FAIR data standards.
• Proven ability to work with laboratory informatics (LIMS/ELN) and DoE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the co-development and rollout of end-to-end assay LIMS with training.
• Design and integrate Agentic AI tools and DoE frameworks.
• Build pipelines linking raw instrument outputs to databases for FAIR data.
• Onboard users, train bench scientists, and champion platform adoption.
• Accelerate assay design, reduce processing bottlenecks, and lower error rates.
