Job summary

Qim info SA in Switzerland is seeking an Application Integration & Support Engineer to coordinate, integrate, and maintain complex applications within simulation and modeling environments. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between software development teams, operations, and customers, handling 2nd/3rd level incidents with JIRA and driving Agile Release Management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development and integration/support experience.
• Experience in Java and/or C# environments.
• Familiarity with SOA, Agile/SCRUM, and incident management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Integrate new applications, services, and subsystems into the global environment.
• Analyze and master complex architectures, data flows, and inter-application interfaces.
• Design, execute, and validate test plans for seamless deployments.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents (tracked via JIRA).
• Maintain, customize, and develop existing software components (Java and C#).
• Plan software releases using Agile/SCRUM priorities.
