Job summary

ON.com LLC is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Senior Specialist to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will sit at the intersection of business, analytics and data engineering to produce dashboards and reporting that inform leadership decisions and drive automation.

You will partner with HD leadership and operations, translating questions into KPIs, and ensuring data quality across the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
• LookML desirable; Python is a plus.
• Experience in BI visualization and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Own the Performance Narrative: design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting across regions, channels and processes.
• Translate business questions into meaningful KPIs and reporting for leadership and operations.
• Bridge Business and Data Engineering: translate needs into data requirements and investigate data issues.
• Improve the analytics landscape by automating flows and reducing manual work.
