Job summary

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, seeks a Senior Workday Report Developer & Business Analyst to lead reporting design, development and governance across Workday environments. You will translate business needs into actionable reporting requirements and support testing, deployment and hypercare post-Go-Live.

You will design and implement dashboards, managed reports and data sources, while ensuring security and governance standards are met and collaborating with the integration team.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirements management for reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured reporting requirements.
• Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience, including dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate requirements workshops with business owners.
• Translate questions into reporting requirements: audience, data elements, filters.
• Analyse legacy reports and decide on retirement or rebuild in Workday.
• Maintain a requirements inventory and traceability matrix.
• Provide unit test evidence and support SIT/BAT testing and defect resolution.
• Design, develop and optimise Workday reports and dashboards.
• Produce user guides and a report catalogue.
• Deliver hypercare support and hand over to the support team.
