You will own dashboards and reporting across regions, channels and processes, translating business questions into KPIs and actionable analysis while collaborating with leadership and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, performance management, customer service, CRM, operations or a related field.
• Experience with Looker and HEX is a strong plus.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.

Our Happiness Delivery (HD) team is growing, and we are looking for an Analytics & Reporting Senior Specialist to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

You will sit at the intersection of business, analytics and data engineering, helping HD understand its performance, improve how we use data and identify opportunities to work smarter through automation and technology.

This is not just a reporting role. You will be a curious problem solver and trusted analytics partner who can move from a business question to the underlying data, understand what is happening, and translate the answer into a simple and actionable story for the right audience.

Your Mission

• Own the Performance Narrative: Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide a clear view of HD performance across regions, channels and processes. Ensure that metrics are accurate, relevant and presented at the right level of granularity for different stakeholders.
• Turn Business Questions into Insights: Partner with HD leadership and operational teams to understand their questions and translate them into meaningful analysis, KPIs and reporting. Go beyond reporting what happened to help explain why it happened and what we should do about it.
• Bridge Business and Data Engineering: Act as a strong link between HD and Data Engineering / Business Intelligence teams. Translate business needs into clear data requirements, help clarify priorities and investigate issues when reporting or data does not behave as expected.
• Look Beyond the Dashboard: You are comfortable going deeper into the data pipeline when necessary. You will investigate data quality issues, understand how data is transformed, identify gaps or inconsistencies and provide recommendations on where the underlying data or processes can be improved.
• Continuously Improve: Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify reporting, automate flows, improve data structures, reduce manual effort and strengthen the overall analytics landscape. Help the team move from reactive reporting towards scalable, proactive analytics.

Your Story

• Analytical Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, performance management, customer service, CRM, operations or a related field. Experience in customer service is a strong plus, and you understand the importance of translating operational performance into actionable insights.
• Strong Technical Foundation: You are highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with data logic and transformations. You can investigate data beyond the reporting layer and understand how data flows through a pipeline. Experience with LookML is desirable, and Python is a plus.
• BI & Data Visualization: You have strong hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools. You understand not only how to build dashboards, but how to structure information and visualizations so that complex performance can be communicated clearly to different audiences. Experience with Looker and HEX is a strong plus.
• AI & Automation Mindset: You are curious about AI and modern automation technologies and naturally look for opportunities to eliminate manual work, improve processes and scale analytics. Experience measuring or working with AI/automation initiatives, such as automation rates, model accuracy or human intervention, is a plus.
• Curious Problem Solver: You enjoy investigating problems rather than accepting the first answer. When a number looks wrong, a process is inefficient or a stakeholder has a difficult question, you are comfortable digging into the data and underlying logic to understand what is really happening.
• Business & Technical Translator: You are able to translate business needs into data requirements for engineering teams, while also explaining technical concepts and data limitations in a simple way to business stakeholders.You can challenge assumptions constructively, align different perspectives and turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, data analytics, business analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Language Skills: Business fluency in English is required.
